Owner, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor

Tami Richards started Body Kinect to create a community of experienced  practioners that want to share their passion and  knowledge of wellness with the community. She works as a therapeutic massage therapist as well as teaches yoga and workshops.

Tami Richards started taking yoga classes to open her hands and shoulders for her work as a physical therapy assistant and massage therapist. Through yoga she experienced a profound shift in body and spirit and was determined to make healthy choices that would support and enhance her career. In 2001, Tami attended yoga teacher training certification at Yogaworks in Santa Monica, California. She assisted many instructors, spent most of her time in therapeutic and Anusara-style classes, and then continued Anusara study at the Center for Yoga in Los Angeles. Tami finds balancing the body and mind, connecting with breath, and laughter  facilitates positive change. She teaches with an eclectic style and draws from her work as a  physical therapy assistant and massage therapist. Tami is available for group or one-on-one private sessions. Website: 252-619-2611


Reiki Master Teacher

Krista is a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive, ordained minister, QHHT practitioner and a full Mesa carrier of the Peruvian and cross cultural shamanic traditions. She has a love for learning and balances life being a teacher, student, wife and mother. Krista started on the healing path as a means for personal healing and transformation, but found her calling and life purpose along the way. She believes strongly that everyone has the ability to heal mind, body and spirit within them. Krista can help facilitate the healing you have within you and guide you on your own healing path.





Physical Therapist

Lynn is a licensed physical therapist who has been treating patients for over 45 years. His physical therapy approach is to minimize pain, chronic poor performance problems and maximize each patient‘s potential to achieve maximum physical performance. His approach relates to people of all ages with musculoskeletal pain and decreased physical performance. This includes older patients with foot, knee, hip, back, shoulder, neck and head pain to athletes and others who use their body to make a living. Lynn has worked in hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient physical therapy clinics, onsite industrial physical therapy with ergonomics and treatment. Lynn managed a sports medicine clinic and has been on the sidelines working with football, lacrosse, wrestling, gymnastics, soccer and karate participants. Lynn has extensive experience with runners and triathletes, their injuries and making custom orthotics. Lynn graduated from the University pf Pennsylvania with a degree in physical therapy. He also has a master’s degree in orthopedic physical therapy from the Medical college of Virginia. Lynn has taken extensive continuing education in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. 607-725-9458

Meredith Condon

Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist #18150

Meredith is a licensed massage therapist in the states of North Carolina and Alaska. She is a lifelong learner who seeks out physical activity and adventure. Her background in military service and outdoor education has taught her the importance of maintaining all-around strength and health to prevent injury and illness. Curiosity about improving her own body's performance led her down the road of professional training in massage therapy.  Meredith is passionate about helping others maintain their bodies so that they can perform in their work and personal lives. She excels at working with you to deliver a personalized, therapeutic massage treatment that meets your specific goals.  Depending on the day, you might need​ a relaxing session with focus on calming an overstimulated nervous system, a deep tissue session with focus on relieving tension, or a more active massage with focus on increasing mobility and preventing injury. Meredith is excited to help you discover what you need to maintain or improve your body’s performance.


Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

Erin’s love of cooking and passion for teaching lead her to the world of health coaching in 2016. Her personal journey through infertility caused her to explore what beyond nutrition could be causing her health issues. This lead her on a deep spiritual journey of self-discovery, which ultimately lead her to helping others through similar transformational journeys. Erin firmly believes that people inherently know what is best for them, but it takes being still, tuning into ourselves, and having a positive support system to tap into our natural intuition.

Utilizing her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Erin guides clients towards reaching their whole health and life goals, exploring how all areas of life influence their food choices, health, stress, career, and so much more. Whether you're searching for help with food, weight, career, exercise, or something more personal, Erin provides a supportive and safe space for you to grow and accomplish your goals. Erin specializes in working with women who have undergone or are going through major life transitions, such as a new career, major health changes, pregnancy/childbirth, and fertility.





Yoga Instructor

Heidi offers multi-level Yoga classes, encouraging those new to Yoga as well as those who have been practicing for a while. Her classes are designed to share this ancient practice of self discovery, healing and rejuvenation in a safe, non-competitive environment. Everyone is welcome to focus on building strength and balance through alignment and grace. Heidi obtained her teaching certification through Devalila Yoga in Lamberville, NJ and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Carrie Barth

Yoga Instructor

Carrie is a 200-hour RYT certified in Kunga Yoga, an open style of mind and body yoga that focuses on using yoga as a path of service. She began a steady yoga practice in 2016 and decided she wanted to share this amazing practice with others through teaching. She completed her 200-hour teacher training with Village Yoga & The Kunga Yoga School in Duck, North Carolina in spring of 2018 and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Carrie has been involved with volunteer work for several years which is why the Kunga Yoga philosophy of service-based yoga was so appealing to her. She believes in keeping her classes light-hearted and fun while encouraging her students to take their practice off the mat to better serve themselves, their communities and the planet.
